MAKING GAINS IN REPRESENTATION

We are proud of the representation gains we have made to-date. At October 31, 2022, our workforce was comprised of 60% women, 33% Black, Indigenous or racialized persons, and 6% Persons with Disabilities. Our Executive team consists of 25% women (target of 30%) and 25% Black, Indigenous or racialized persons (target of 5%). While we are making progress, we have more work ahead of us to achieve our target of a workforce and leadership team that is representative of the diversity in our communities.
