Treating impacted employees with exceptional care was the priority, and we provided fulsome and personalized transition packages that included extended health and dental benefits, enhanced mental health support and robust career transition support. This reorganization allows us to best focus on our strategic priorities to deliver on our client and shareholder expectations.
