Overview
Our ERGs Our 11 ERGs provide groups of employees with a formal structure to support their unique needs related to specific personally identifying characteristics, including visible and invisible identities or qualities. These groups are essential for employees belonging to equity-deserving groups who are often excluded from traditional networking opportunities, employees whose personal lives or identities are often impacted by systemic barriers, or those whose cultures place a high value on community. Our ERGs also create opportunities for all our team members to learn from their colleagues, and foster a culture where differences are recognized and celebrated. All team members are welcome to join, whether they are members of the community or allies, and many of our most senior leaders are involved in these groups as visible Executive Sponsors. Our ERGs have grown in recent years from a need for connection. Twice a year, we canvass the ERG memberships in search of those seeking mentorship and pair them with a mentor.
